Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with SunTape. Below you’ll find important information about how and when your order will be shipped.
Shipping Locations
SunTape currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within two (2) business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed:
- Monday–Friday will ship the next business day.
- On weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SunTape is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
